Can non immigrant who is on f1 OPT can sponsor his spouse who is in detention center ? For parole ?

I applied for residency based on a PERM in 2016. I later was sent to a removal proceeding early in 2017 due to an Interpol Red Notice that was cleared by the end of that year. At the beginning of 2018, the judge instructed the chief counsel to send the I140 back to the Texas Service Center for adjudication. To this date, it has not. I filed for TPS for Venezuelans and was approved last week. My son is a resident and has applied for citizenship and will apply for AOS in my case once approved. Is my TPS approval enough to request a dismissal or termination of the removal proceedings?

Accordingly, what kind of proof can we add that is valid for USCIS?

Hello, I am concurrently filing for tps along with my I-765 online. But, I noticed they only have (a)(12) as the eligibility category under the drop down. I thought they should have had the c 19 on the drop down since it’s the right code for those with a pending application. Based on what I read on their website, the c 19 is for those who have a pending I-821 application while the a 12 is for those who have already been approved tps. However, I thought may be they put the a12 only on there because they have an exception for online filings and may be when you apply it's considered approved or accepted. Or it could be that their online platform still have sole hiccups and things that need to be ironed out. Have you used a 12 before for first time tps applicants when concurrently filing online? Do you know if a 12 is the right category for first time tps applicants when they are concurrently filing for tps and a work permit online?
